On March 27th, 2015, the business and assets of Marshall Hard Metals were acquired by Mincon Group plc. The new Company name will be Marshalls Carbide Ltd and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mincon Group plc.
The sale supports the long-term future of the Marshalls business and its ability to supply and support all new and existing customers.
It is tremendous news for the Marshalls Carbide business and its customers, and it gives the Company a real opportunity to grow and consolidate its global carbide sales working alongside Mincon’s extensive global distribution channels.
